Western Region – Mecca
The project is based on completing the First Ring Road by constructing surface roads, bridges and tunnels with a length of 2.6 km, in addition to reducing Jabal Al-Kaaba Street. It aims to facilitate traffic in the central area and reduce traffic congestion in the area. The First Ring Road connects the main roads intersecting with it, such as Umm Al-Qura Road, Jabal Al-Kaaba Street, and the Grand Mosque Street, with new ramps.
